Your responsibility for posted information

The person uploading a memorial remains responsible for names, dates, descriptions, photographs, audio, videos, external links, comments and other information submitted through their account. You must have the right, consent or lawful basis to publish every item.

Accuracy and sensitive circumstances

Do not present allegations, causes of death, attacks, ownership disputes or statements about identifiable people as established fact unless you can lawfully support them. Clearly distinguish personal recollection, belief and verified information. The platform does not independently confirm every post.

Third-party and external media

Links to YouTube, music services, Google Drive, AWS/S3 and other external services remain governed by those services. You are responsible for access permissions, copyright, availability and privacy settings. External content may disappear or change without this platform controlling it.

Comments and moderation

Memorial owners may allow open comments, require owner approval or close submissions. Administrators may hide, restrict or remove content for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance or platform integrity. Moderation does not transfer responsibility for user-submitted information to the platform.

AI-supported drafting

The drafting assistant helps organise facts supplied by the user. It is not a fact checker, legal adviser or source of evidence. The user must review, correct and approve the final obituary before publication.

Limitation and reporting

The service is provided with reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, accuracy of user content or uninterrupted access to external media. Report disputed, unlawful or harmful content through the contact route so it can be reviewed.
