Acceptance

By registering, publishing or submitting content, you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Legal & Liability notice. The recorded legal version and acceptance time may be retained with your account.

Respectful and lawful use

Use this service only for respectful animal remembrance. Do not upload deceptive, abusive, threatening, defamatory, unlawful, infringing, exploitative or privacy-invasive material.

Publisher responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy, permissions and lawful publication of memorial information, images, recordings, external links and visitor submissions you approve. You must correct or remove information when you no longer have authority to publish it.

Posting and optional payments

Memorial posting is free unless the administrator activates a posting fee. “Buy Me Whiskey” is voluntary support and is not required for a free post. When a posting fee is active, publication remains locked until server-side verification or administrator reconciliation confirms the exact amount, currency and internal reference.

Payments, disputes and refunds

Payment providers process financial credentials. The platform stores transaction references and reconciliation information. Failed, duplicated, reversed, mismatched, disputed or suspicious transactions may be placed under review. Refunds, where applicable, follow the operator’s published policy and payment-provider rules.

Moderation and account action

Owners control comment policy, while administrators may review, hide, restrict or remove content, memorials or accounts to address abuse, fraud, security, legal complaints or operational risk.

External services and MCP

External media and connected tools remain subject to their own terms. The MCP endpoint exposes only authorised tools and public resources according to administrator-controlled scopes. Access tokens may be revoked at any time.

Availability

Reasonable care is taken with security, backups and service continuity, but uninterrupted operation, permanent retention and availability of third-party links cannot be guaranteed.

Changes

Material updates may require renewed acceptance. Continued use after notice means you accept the updated version, subject to applicable law.
